Employees Fee Structures
• 5% fee with no guarantee option
• 8% fee with a 30 days guarantee option
• 10% fee with a 60 day guarantee option
• 12% fee with a 90 day guarantee option
Probation
Period Option
• Maximum 3 months probation period before possible
permanent employment
Temporary Employees Fee Structure
• 20% (calculated on daily, weekly or monthly remuneration
of temporary employee)
